Clean Room
For projects that requires high standards of cleanliness, like assembly of displays and medical devices, we carry out processing in a clean room. The access is regulated by controlled dressing procedures and the room is kept in a positive pressure with filtered air by HEPA (High-Efficiency Absorbing) filters. The air pressure and its cleanliness level are constantly monitored in order to maintain the desired requirements.
All to ensure the quality of the finished product.
The main product which is assembled here is a disaggregator for cytometry which is produced in two versions: the Surgyblue, portable and sterilizable, and the Synthmate, a desk version which allows the traceability of the samples for the cytometry analysis. Both products are patented and made to be used with Medicons®.
