EMC provides assembly services for electronic devices with cutting-edge equipment and skilled labour. We have the capability to build and manage the production and/or the integration phase of high technology finished products. Where required, we can manage the consequent logistics phase relating to the shipment of the goods directly to the end customer, and then supporting assistance using our ticketing system available in multilanguage.

We can work with local suppliers as well as Far Eastern ones while being supported by trusted professionals. Our Supplier Quality Engineers will manage and handle our total supply chain, designing testing systems, testing methods and solving specific supplier issues by monitoring performance indexes for continual improvement.

Assembly, industrialization and volume production
EMC handles SMT and through-hole PCB assembly, box-build and system integration, and functional testing, with supply-chain management that scales from prototype to series. Assembly is the natural continuation of our R&D and design: what we develop, we industrialize and produce. Medical and sensitive builds are completed in our clean room and validated in our thermal chamber.
